tudents of the “Maestría en Administración de Tecnologías de Información” and “Maestría en Innovación para el Desarrollo Empresarial” who are involved in projects achievement: project leaders, managers, consultants and executives with responsibilities in any of the phases of a project.
The Stanford Advanced Project Management Certificate includes six courses scheduled as follow:
September-December
1 .Mastering the Project Portfolio
2. Leadership for Strategic Execution
January- March
3. Designing the Organization for Execution
4. Leading Change from the Middle
April- June
5. Converting Strategy into Action
6. Managing Global Initiatives
The MATI or MID students must take this courses and will be accredited in their master degree program as fallows:
For MATI students:
5 elective courses
1 final course (Materia de titulación).
For MID students:
4 elective courses
2 courses in addition to the MID master degree program (2 materias fuera del plan).
All of the six courses are taught by Stanford Center for Professional Development faculty and through the Virtual University. Faculty from Tec de Monterrey supports and guides the students over the entire term, using BlackBoard as technological platform.
Also faculty from Tec de Monterrey support and guide the students all over the term.
Note 1. All courses are in English
Nota 2. The student can start the certificate in any term, and take one or two courses per term. The courses will be permanently scheduled as above.
Note 3. The student must complete the six courses in order to earn the Advance Project Management Certificate.
Nota 4. This certificate can be taken by students enrolled in the Maestría en Administración de Tecnologías de Información or in the Maestría en Innovación para el Desarrollo Empresarial.
